By purchasing or using any of our hosting services (Shared Hosting, Reseller Hosting, Master Reseller, or Alpha Reseller), you agree to comply with the following Terms & Conditions. Please read these terms carefully before using our services.

1. General Terms
Using our website or purchasing any service means you accept these Terms & Conditions.
These Terms may change anytime without prior notice.
Users must provide valid and accurate information (Full Name, CNIC, Contact, Email, etc.).
Zille Hosting reserves the right to suspend, modify, or terminate services for policy violations or misuse.
Abusive or disrespectful communication with support staff will not be tolerated.
2. Services Covered
This agreement applies to:
- Shared Hosting
- Reseller Hosting
- Master Reseller Hosting
- Alpha Reseller Hosting
- Domain Registration
- SSL Certificates
- Add-ons and Server Upgrades
3. Account Setup & Activation
Accounts are set up after successful payment verification.
25% one-time setup charge applies on all hosting plans (non-refundable).
Incorrect or fake details may delay activation or result in suspension.
Setup time: usually within 1–12 hours, but may take up to 24 hours depending on verification.
4. Payments & Billing
All payments must be made through approved gateways (PayFast, JazzCash, Easypaisa, Bank Transfer, etc.).
25% setup charge applies on first-time orders and is non-refundable.
Renewals do not include setup fees.
Invoices must be cleared before due date to avoid service suspension.
Non-payment after 7 days of expiry may result in permanent termination.
Zille Hosting is not responsible for delays or technical issues in payment gateways.
5. Refund & Cancellation Policy
Refunds are available only for shared hosting within 3 days of purchase (excluding setup fee).
Reseller, Master Reseller, and Alpha Reseller plans are non-refundable due to resource allocations.
Setup charges, domains, SSLs, and add-ons are non-refundable.
Refunds are not issued for misuse, TOS violation, or client-side error.
Cancellations must be requested via official support (Email or WhatsApp).
6. Content & Usage Policy
You are strictly prohibited from hosting:
- Adult, pornographic, or nude content.
- Hacking tools, phishing pages, or malware.
- Fake investment, scam, or HYIP sites (without approval).
- Spam, bulk email, or unsolicited messaging.
- Religious or political hate content.
Violation may lead to immediate suspension without refund.
7. Domain Registration & Transfer
Domain registration fees are non-refundable once registered.
Domain renewal reminders are sent 7 days before expiry.
Expired domains may enter "Redemption Period" — additional charges apply.
Domain transfers may take 24–72 hours.
Ensure correct domain spelling during order; spelling mistakes are client's responsibility.
8. Resource & Fair Usage Policy
CPU, RAM, and Disk usage must remain within assigned limits.
Shared hosting is not meant for file storage, video hosting, or heavy script execution.
Abusing system resources may result in temporary or permanent suspension.
Alpha and Master Resellers must ensure their sub-resellers follow these terms.
9. Data Backup & Security
Zille Hosting performs regular backups but does not guarantee full data recovery.
Clients are responsible for maintaining personal backups.
Data loss caused by client error, hacking, or external scripts will not be compensated.
In case of account termination, data cannot be restored.
10. Service Renewal
Renewal invoices are generated 7 days before expiry.
If payment is not made on time, service may be suspended automatically.
Renewal after suspension may include reactivation fees.
11. Account Suspension & Termination
Accounts can be suspended for:
- Non-payment
- Violation of TOS
- Spam or illegal content
- Abusive language with staff
After 7 days of suspension, data may be deleted permanently.
12. Server Downtime & Maintenance
Scheduled maintenance is announced in advance.
Unplanned downtime may occur due to hardware or network failure.
Zille Hosting aims for 99.9% uptime, but 100% uptime is not guaranteed.
Compensation for downtime is not guaranteed but may be offered case by case.
13. Migration & Transfers
Free migration is available for accounts under 5 GB (once per account).
Large or multiple migrations may include additional charges.
Migration time depends on data size and server queue.

Average response time: 1–6 hours.
Technical support does not cover 3rd-party script or plugin errors.
15. Privacy Policy
Client data is kept private and never sold or shared with third parties.
Payment details are handled securely via PayFast or verified gateways.
Client consent is required before sharing sensitive information.
16. Account Ownership & Transfer
The account owner is the person whose name and email are used at registration.
Ownership transfer requests must be submitted via written email authorization.
Unauthorized account access attempts may result in suspension.
17. Legal & Compliance
All services comply with Pakistani laws.
Any dispute shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of local Pakistani courts.
Zille Hosting reserves the right to cooperate with authorities in investigations.
18. Service Modifications
Zille Hosting may change pricing, plans, or resources anytime without notice.
Continued use of the service means acceptance of updated terms.
19. Liability Disclaimer
Zille Hosting is not liable for:
- Data loss
- Business loss
- Email delivery issues
- Third-party service failure
All services are provided "as is" without any guarantee beyond uptime commitment.
