Terms and conditions for service cancellations and refunds

General Refund Policy

You can cancel any shared hosting or reseller hosting service within 24 hours of the order. A 25% amount will be deducted as a setup fee. This policy is not applicable for domain registrations.

Important: We can't offer any refunds for domain registrations (once paid we are stuck with it).

Refund Process

To request a refund, you must open a support ticket with a valid reason for cancellation. Your refund will be processed within a short time with a 15% deduction.

Non-Refundable Reasons

You will not get the refund for these types of reasons:

I ordered by mistake, so please refund me.
I don't know how to use the service (hosting, cPanel, etc.)
I don't need it now.
I have ordered the wrong product (contact us via live chat for plan changes)
I am not using this service.
Website speed issues (performance depends on many factors including your website optimization)

You will get NO refund if you violate any of our terms. You can see the terms here.
